1 package lemon cake mix

2 cups frozen whipped topping (1- 8 oz tub), thawed

1 egg, slightly beaten

1 teaspoon lemon zest or 1 teaspoon lemon extract

1 cup powdered sugar (works better if sifted)

Instructions: Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl.

Mix well.

Drop by teaspoons into powdered sugar.

Coat well and shape into balls, walnut size, and place on ungreased baking sheet.

Bake at 350* for 10 to 12 minutes.

Remove from pan to cool.
